I'm Matthew Cloninger-West — founder of Tropismo Travel, lifelong explorer, and former federal strategist. Before designing custom itineraries around the globe, I spent years building high-level preparedness plans at FEMA, and speaking to international audiences on governance, diplomacy, and civic engagement. I also have a professional background in international trade, with deep respect for cultural context and the way history shapes our journeys.
