How We Work

We’re a commission-based business — which means in most cases, we’re paid by the hotels, tour providers, and experiences we book on your behalf. However, for more complex itineraries or when you need in-depth support beyond a hotel reservation, we charge a transparent planning fee, as outlined below.

What We Offer

Accommodations

Hotel research and booking with access to perks like upgrades, daily breakfast, or early check-in.
Specialty stays (boutique hotels, historic inns, villas, etc.).
Commission-based compensation — no added cost to you.

Transportation

Rental cars, private transfers, and chauffeur services.
International train booking assistance (fee: $15 per ticket).
Airfare research and booking assistance for international flights over $1200 in premium economy or above.

*Note: We do not book U.S. domestic or basic economy airfare.

Tours, Cruises, and Experiences

Culinary tours, hot air balloon rides, wine tastings, safaris, river cruises, and more.
Destination-specific excursions curated to your interests.
Exclusive access to vetted providers and experiences.

Custom Itineraries and Trip Planning

Tailored daily itineraries with recommended activities, dining, and pacing.
Cultural briefings, etiquette tips, and local insight for a deeper travel experience.
Multi-city routing and logistical management.
Emergency backup support available as an add-on.

Planning fees reflect the time, care, and expertise that go into creating a personalized travel experience. They apply only when itinerary design, research, and multi-service planning are involved.

Additional Fees

Train Ticket Booking: $15 per ticket
Rush Planning (travel within 14 days): $75–$150
Concierge Add-On (backup support during trip): $100–$200

What We Do Not Offer

Booking with airline, credit card, or hotel loyalty points
Domestic or sub-$1200 international flight bookings
